Welcome to the Nano-Semiconductor Devices & Patterning (NSDP) laboratory!

The overarching goal of our group is to advance the synthesis, processing, and engineering of low-dimensional nanomaterials for next-generation semiconductor technologies, and to explore their applications in electronic, optoelectronic, memory, photonic, and neuromorphic devices. We place particular emphasis on solution-based processing for low-cost, scalable production of low-D nanomaterials. Building on this approach, we develop advanced assembly strategies and complementary patterning techniques to engineer solution-dispersed nanomaterials into patterned films with metallic, semiconducting, or insulating properties for wafer-scale device integration.

저희 연구실에서는 차세대 반도체 소재로 각광받고 있는 저차원 나노소재를 활용하여 전자/광전자 소자, 메모리 소자, 포토닉스 소자, 뉴로모픽 소자 등 다양한 소자를 구현하는 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 저차원 나노소재의 저비용 대량 생산이 가능한 용액공정에 주력하며, 생산된 분산액 상태의 나노소재를 조립해 금속성·반도체성·절연성을 갖는 대면적 필름을 구현하고, 이를 패터닝 및 집적 공정을 통해 다양한 소자에 응용하는 전략을 개발하고 있습니다.
